Everyone knows about the 60's & 70's tire shredding muscle cars that roamed the streets of america but there were also what were known as "gentleman's muscle cars". This is one of those cars! This one must be seen to be appreciated! The principal, peter watson, is a retired car dealer who can't seem to stay away from interesting cars. Peter is a retired lincoln mercury dealer (old forge lincoln mercury - lansdale pa - 26 years) and retired ford dealer (old forge springhouse ford - springhouse pa - 16 years). Old forge motorcars operates out of the former lincoln mercury dealership building. He's a great guy and loves to help people become the owners of their dream cars. By the way, wayne is an accomplished artist - he does some great pen and ink drawings. The old forge group also owns and operates 2 top quality auto body shops (lansdale and chalfont)- no, surprisingly, we don't do restorations - just modern cars. Nosed, decked, lowered 3" and fitted with these timeless fiesta spinners we love the look of this classic. This cool mild custom runs and drives very nicely. There are a few mechanical issues that any "backyard mechanic" can fix. The rear wheel cylinders, the right axle seal. The left tie rod has play.
